Payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway. Suggoii Store does not store credit card, debit card, or UPI payment details on its servers.

Suggoii Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Suggoii Store delivers orders across India through logistics providers such as Shiprocket and other courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are provided for reference and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery handling is managed by the logistics provider. Suggoii Store will assist in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee courier timelines or be held responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Customers may cancel orders before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be required to provide an unboxing video or photographic evidence for verification before a replacement or refund is processed.
